Here are some tips to start your fat loss journey. ( I started 2 weeks ago at 95.3kgs- today 88kgs) An important thing to remember is that fat will come off every part of your body so do not get discouraged if your are not seeing results in the mirror straight away, eventually you will so keep going.
Tips 1. Start slow to reduce the chances of failure
Tip 2. Eliminate three (3) foods this week from your bad food habits list- start with starchy white foods, I have dropped Bread, Pasta and Potatoes- please do the same
Tip 3. Exercise 4 x 15 minutes blocks , go as hard and as fast as you can
Tip 4. Do as many sit ups, crunches, planks tummy exercise as possible (Although tummy exercise will not burn tummy fat, when the fat is gone you will have an amazing torso worthy of showing off), also having a tight core can assist with posture and the illusion your tummy is smaller.
